Bilingual Organizing Fellow
The Bilingual Organizing Fellow should be an enthusiastic and committed Spanish or Amharic speaker willing to learn how to organize and uplift the voices of Spanish- and Amharic-speaking communities in DC. Our Labor Program focuses on hosting monthly worker trainings, organizing a committee of worker-leaders around critical issues they face in their communities, coordinating advocacy for worker-centered policies in DC, and connecting immigrant communities across DC through street outreach.

The Early Childcare Organizer will work on the grassroots level to cultivate freedom from poverty, under-resourced schools, lack of affordable housing, homelessness, under-quality healthcare, and a lack of access to a myriad of support resources for our youngest children. You will have the opportunity to work with various early child care coalitions, families, and childcare workers to identify and present a holistic view of the childcare needs for our Black, Brown, and immigrant residents.
