Dorian Ezzard

Youth Program High-School Instructor

Dorian Ezzard has spent the last decade executing events and creating spaces where people feel seen, valued, and heard. While her focus has varied from lifestyle events to nonprofit education, she's most enjoyed working at organizations that value humans at the center of their work. As the daughter of an educator and entrepreneur, she values learning and leading with love.

She began mentoring at a young age, first serving as a Sunday school teacher in high school. She later went on to serve in student-facing roles including a camp counselor, step team coach, cheerleading coach, and student ministry leader.

Dorian received a Bachelor of Arts in Journalism from the University of Georgia. She currently spends her days building an equitable, meaningful, and sustainable team culture for regional staff at KIPP DC Public Schools.

Dorian currently lives in Northeast DC and enjoys trying new local restaurants, Peloton fitness classes, and visiting museums.
